I am presently a Manager of YWIB project, Farmer Livelihood Development. I entered into my life-career in 1987 when I started working in Department of Agriculture with Government, People Republic of Kampuchea, 1992 started working with SCLALE, a project of international non-governmental organizations call Southeast Asian Outreach and continue to work with Farmer Livelihood Development since 2002 after it localize from SCALE. I have managed some projects that related to agricultural activities, saving, vocational skill training, business management and self help group. I have associate degree in agronomy from Prek Leap College, certificate of completion General English at ACE, certificate in Farmer Led Extension at IIRR, Philippine and many certificates from participation short course in country.
