Project Manager, Young Woman Entrepreneur Development (YWED)Phalla YEM joined FLD as Project Manager for YWED in July 2009 and now leads a team of 10 field workers and support staff, engaged in a wide range of vocational skill and income generating projects. Phalla was previously a Community Development Facilitator with the local NGO, PADEK, after employment with the Royal Government of Cambodia as a Fisheries Officer. Phalla YEM is 37 years old and graduated from Victoria University, Australia with a Master of Business in Management Practice in 2007. Ten years earlier he received a BSc in Fisheries Science from the Royal University of Agriculture, Phnom Penh.
