Presently, he serves as SKIL Training and Consultancy Program Manager of the localized NGO, Farmer Livelihood Development. He entered into his life-career in 1989-1991 when he started working with People Republic of Kampuchea, 1993-2003 started working with United Nation World Food Program in Cambodia, 2005-2006 working with international non-governmental organizations such as CARE International in Cambodia, and with local NGO, Mlup Baitong Organization. Kosal has carried out many consultancy projects in relating to project Disaster Risk Reduction and Mitigation, Climate Change adaptation. He completed his Bachelor and Master's degree of General Management at the Build Bright University, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
